About the Position 

The Hospitality Experience Associate is our first contact with CoNetrix guests and establishes an initial and lasting impression of our company. The primary role of the Hospitality Experience Associate is to provide a positive image of our company through kindness, professionalism, and integrity. This includes providing a level of hospitality and taking ownership of our guest experience. As a full-time employee, the Hospitality Experience Associate will also assist with administrative or organizational tasks. 

This role is an especially good fit for someone looking for a stable, low stress, and people focused experience. 

Tasks & Responsibilities 

Here are some examples of what you could expect to do as part of this position: 

  • Have a thorough understanding of the company to accurately and efficiently direct visitors to the correct person 

  • Take responsibility for the office entry area by: 

  • Following security procedures regarding visitor access 

  • Keeping it safe, clean, and professional 

  • Exhibiting professional appearance and conduct 

  • Contribute to team efforts by filling in with miscellaneous tasks and projects.
