About the Position

This is not an immediate position, however if you would like to start a conversation and learn about the possibilities, we always want to meet good people.

As a Sales Account Manager you are someone who enjoys building new business through prospecting/cold calling as well as managing existing client relationships. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with prospects and customers alike. Previous sales experience is not required, but a desire and passion for sales, prospecting, developing product knowledge, and learning/using the right selling techniques are a must.

CoNetrix Security and Tandem are two of four companies owned by CoNetrix, LLC. These companies provide cybersecurity testing, consulting, and compliance software.

CoNetrix Security dates back to 2001 and provides IT audits, assessments, penetration tests and consulting services to community banks, credit unions, and other security conscious companies.

Founded in 2007, Tandem is a business-to-business governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software as a service (SaaS) company. The Tandem software includes 11 unique, yet integrated, products used by more than 1,700 institutions across the US.

Responsibilities:

Here are some ways you’ll make a positive impact as a member of our sales team:

  • Create new leads and opportunities through cold calling.
  • Visit current customers and potential new clients via phone or in-person to evaluate needs or promote our products and services.
  • Use your product knowledge and understanding to communicate value of CoNetrix/Tandem.
  • Participate in sales presentations.
  • Provide exceptional and fast customer service.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Provide prompt sales opportunity follow up.
  • Some travel will be required on occasion for sales trips, trade shows, and/or conferences.
